Post-Doctoral Associate Positions

Division of Health Informatics

The Division of Health Informatics in the Department of Healthcare Policy & Research at Weill Cornell Medical College is inviting applications for post-doctoral researcher positions. Specific areas of research and development interests for the positions include, but not limited to:

  • Human factors engineering
  • Data mining and machine learning methods
  • Clinical decision support

The successful applicant will have a Ph.D., M.D./Ph.D., or equivalent in biomedical informatics, computer science, information science, or a related field. Applicant will have a record of significant research accomplishments as evidenced by work experience and publications in top-tier journals and conferences in informatics and computer sciences. Strong working experience with data analytics and human-computer interaction, and programming with Python, R, SQL is required. Previous experience with evaluation of hospital information system is an added advantage. The successful candidate will also have a track record of interdisciplinary work, and excellent oral and written communication skills.
